This spice is mostly used in liver curing for centuries back. But experts said that the effects of this aim were known precisely 20 years ago.

1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 cups coconut milk
1 pinch pepper
In a pan, heat all the items and let them boil. Remove from heat, sip it warm and add it in soup, curry or else.

2 cups water
¼ tsp turmeric
Boil the water and add the spice, cook 10 min and let it cool off. Drink!
