Ingredients you need:
1 glass container
1 kg of apples
3 Tbsp. of sugar
Before you peel the apples, wash them thoroughly and then cut them into small pieces. Then, put them in a glass jar and add the water and sugar. Next, cover the jar with a cloth and secure it with a rubber band or with a bottle cap. Leave it to stay at a dark place for up to 6 weeks. Within that period of time, the apples will have enough time to ferment. After these 6 weeks, remove the liquid and replace the mixture in another glass jar and leave it to stay for additional 3 days. And, your apple vinegar is ready to be used.
