It is a drink which main ingredients is the lemon. The lemon is known for it amazing properties. It has the ability to burn excess fat and to detoxify your body. With this diet you will feel amazing benefits to your overall health.

THE LEMON DIET

FIRST DAY

Take a glass with some lukewarm water and put a few slices of lemon in it. Leave them for a few minutes and then drink the water.

Repeat the same thing in the afternoon. Keep in mind that you should do this on an empty stomach (30 minutes before breakfast and lunch).
